Warrenton, VA. 18 September 2018: Titania announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract from the FAA to provide security, safety, engineering, and program management support services for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) programs.
Under this contract, which has an estimated value of $9.1M over its five year performance period (one year base with four one year options), Titania will provide the engineering, business analysis, and program management services required to support research and analysis of emerging technologies in the rapidly expanding UAS market in the United States.
“We are honored to have been selected by the FAA to deliver services in support of its complex and critically important mission and responsibility as the national authority responsible for the National Air Space (NAS).” said Jodi Johnson, Titania’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “All at Titania recognize the opportunity before us to support the FAA at this pivotal time as the FAA works with stakeholders across the government and industry to safely integrate UAS into the NAS.”
